2012 King Cong Challenge

WHAT: Multisport Challenge Event - Trail Running, Biking and Kayaking.

WHERE: Starting in the beautiful village of Cong ("The Quiet Man" & Ashford Castle)

Route includes the spectacular scenic areas of Mount Gable, Lough Mask and Corrib regions of Mayo & Galway
 

WHY: Excellent organisation, warm local welcome, many superb sights, challenging terrain and a great value for money event for all
